  1. Charlie, do you just play this game by yourself or do you play with other players? Dan-Pittsburgh

    1. Hi Dan,

I play the games myself. Generally, I'll let the computer play a quick exhibition between the teams, then I'll save the play-by-play, type up what pass and run plays were called and who was involved in the play (for example, if the lead halfback ran on a draw play against the run, I'd type "Draw (HB 1) vs Run") Then I'll play the regular season game as both teams, using a Second Season FAC play caller to determine the play for the offense on the field. I play as both teams to try to avoid being biased to one team over another.

Hope you've enjoyed the recaps, I've been somewhat sidetracked the last of couple of weeks, and intend to get back to finishing this CIFL season

  2. yeah, I was doing something very similar-keeping a week to week tab and posting it on the main website from a revamped USFL league for 3 seasons but I got a bit busy between job & child-then I got into another football league on the Vassal website (NFL Strategy) which kinda delayed my current season & I haven't gotten back to it. I like UFL football but think I'd enjoy it more playing vs others rather than doing it all by myself anymore. If you ever want to put a league together somehow, I'd probably be in. Best of luck going forward, sir :)
